First interview consisted of a structured thirty minute zoom call where very specific questions were asked on my knowledge related to the compliance aspects of the role. It was rightly a vigorous process. Second interview consisted of a face to face with two senior directors with a short presentation which was pre-set before the appointment. Overall, a challenging (rightly so) process but a positive one nonetheless.
