HR was helpful, line manager was borderline incompetent, however, there is a new manager there now, so process should hopefully be more sophisticated. Applied online and took a few weeks to get interview, once interviewed, job offer was extended in 2 days.

I found the job position from the company website and submitted an application online. I've got a phone interview offer through email 2 weeks after submission. Interviewer was HR manager and she asked basic questions based on my resume (skill-sets, qualification, visa status). She also asked me how much I expect to get for the salary. The position required immediate work start. The interview was 20 minute long and she was nice and kind.
