Quick phone call and moderate in-person interview. Moderately informative but leaves many small things out that are important. Co-owner is nice and straightforward when asked questions. Entire in-person interview took less than 1 hour, not very impressed but first impression is alright.

The process took a week for me. I applied on the website and was called for an interview the next week. I met the owner and a manager at a public place. We talked about my previous experience and why I was a good fit for the position. All the questions were very common and easy to answer. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and I was actually called that night by the owner to offer me the position and I accepted his offer because the job sounded awesome.
