Group interview with around 30 over candidates sat in a semi-circle. Fairly free-flowing. Introductions in the beginning, company introduction in the middle and they encourage you to ask questions, and then small group presentations at the end.

I had a group interview. It involved us learning about the brand, it's values, and some demonstration of sales technique in order to assess us. For example, we were given the task of giving a presentation on a style of sports-wear.
