They explain the tasks you'll have to do, you pass an English language test, they do face-to-face interviews and then call you after a few days. They were really nice and friendly.
I first passed a phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview where I completed an English test. After the test, I answered questions related to my education and professional experience.
Great experience. very thorough interview process. 4 rounds of interview. One initial basic round, one HR round. One GD round with Team Leads and HR. detail discussion, discussion of topic provided. discussion on situation provided. final round with Branch head. Please be well prepared mentally.
