Very relaxed and in-depth review of work and company. Polite and respectful interview process. Questions were straight forward and they provided a tour of the kitchen which was very helpful to see and understand.

It was a very lengthy process. I did 3 phone interviews & 2 personal interviews, one with the general manager and one with the executive chef. Also had a realistic job preview which was fun. Even though everybody was very kind and accommodating the whole process lasted 5 weeks! Even after all those interviews and interest I still got rejected because I didn't have any corporate experience. So be patient but know that it may not work out even though you have been through all the hiring process steps/
