The interview process was a one on one sit down type interview with one of the senior members of the estimating department. The interview questions were fairly standard and it wasn't too hard of an interview.

A roughly hour long interview with very reasonable questions from a panel of employees regarding who you are and resume topics. It was held over zoom and I did end up getting the job so it went well.
