Three face to face interviewers with Management and Directors. Pretty fast process and quick turnaround. They were interested to find out about cultural fit and past experience by asking something similar to competency based questions

Colloquio
Three one on one interviews with P2 Directors over three week period, all interviews were held at P2 central offices. Interviews were generally a mixture of behaviour and experience based questions. Overall an informal experience.
