      The interview process was lengthy and required significant preparation. It included a 30-minute HR online meeting, followed by a 1h30 on-site interview. The on-site stage was not well communicated in advance—only the hiring manager was mentioned, but the interview was conducted by 3 team members, which was unexpected. Afterwards, I was asked to complete a 180-minute online assessment within a short deadline of 3 business days, which added considerable pressure. Despite investing over 6 hours in preparation and interviewing, and follow-ups over two weeks, I eventually received a generic response stating that the role was no longer being progressed due to shifting hiring priorities. This experience felt unprofessional and poorly coordinated. There seemed to be a lack of clarity and alignment internally, particularly regarding the role’s status and hiring needs. This reflects a lack of organization and respect for candidates’ time. It’s concerning that such a demanding process was carried out without clear internal alignment or commitment to the role. Additionally, repeated requests for a salary range or budget were not addressed, making it difficult to assess alignment from the candidate side. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, unclear, and poorly structured, raising serious concerns about their priorities and internal organization.
