Very professional and open to looking at your strengths. Transparent when asked about details and very encouraging to interviewee. Particularly receptive if you show authenticity and flexibility within what they offer. Have a quality system for staff to be part of a community to build quality work for work-life-balance for all and to maximize quality of their students and for their involved parents.
