I was initially interviewed by Ina from the Accounting/ HR team via video call as we are in a pandemic. After this initial interview, they got back to me and scheduled and in person interview for one month later. After the in-person interview, it took them another month to propose a salary offer significantly less than my asking, and upon asking them if I can work from home with the offer they had given me, they never responded back via email.
