Interview process was great, the work you do for the amount of money doesn't seem like its worth it. For the nail tech that went to school and actually got licensed. Some techs are ok with going to hourly and or minimum wage, its just not ok. We love what we do and should get paid for that. anything under 20 dollars shouldn't cut it.
