A recruiter emailed me and asked me to pick out my interview times. She called me on the interview date, the conversation went very smooth. She informed me about the position, the requirements, and explained how the company functioned. She told me that after the interview I would have to undergo three assessments to see if i was a good fit for the company. The information that she shared with me was very helpful for the assessments because it gave me an idea of the company's tutoring methods.

Very simple and straight forward. They want to see if you have any prior instructing experience. Then they have you complete an aptitude test which is also very simple and easy.

The interview was great! The interviewer was very nice and professional. The form of the interview was a combination of phone calls and online testing of tutoring capacity, which is basically answering questiongs. I learnt something about teaching even by only finishing the test, which well conveys the education concept of Paper.

This interview process was incredibly adaptable to my needs as a university student. I was able to comfortably complete the necessary steps in a timely manner that adhere to my own schedule. Not only that, there were clear instructions that were presented in an inviting manner by the hiring team. I felt cared for from the moment I applied on Handshake to the essay responses that I had to complete. As an immigrant to the United States, it feels like an honor for my own merits to be accounted for by a reputable company.
