Very quick, hired me on the spot, not thorough at all. I was pleasantly surprised at the time but it makes you wonder if they are even vetting people. Great if you are looking to get hired immediately though.

Before the first interview, you receive two tests.
1. To check your writing abilities
2. To check your reviewing capabilities
After you have completed and passed the two tests, you have a single (sometimes two) phone interviews where you answer some questions about your educational experience, any gaps in your work experience, how well you can work in a remote environment and general questions about yourself (such as education background) etc.
