Went through 3 rounds of interviews, a phone call, an interview with the manager, and then the 2 directors of the program. Very straight forward and allowed me to convey my qualifications.

I heard back from the recruiter a week after sending an application. They invited me to the interview with the project team members for whom they were looking for people. The interview went well, they enjoyed my answers to their questions, and I enjoyed theirs. They told me more about the position I was applying for. Overall, everything went great, and several days after the interview, they sent me a test task. I completed it by the deadline and... I got ghosted. It's been a month since I last heard from the recruiter or the project team members. I had big hopes, initially, since I had the best interview with this company during my current job search. But, apparently, it was just a complete waste of my time in the end.
