An agent in Sydney arrange interview for me after sending them my CV and portfolio, interview went ok, however, package offer was pretty low compare to other similar office so I didn't take the job.

The interview process was overall good, and the interviewers were very confident about their company. They mentioned the company's scale and projects multiple times. However, they repeatedly asked why I chose to change jobs, even after receiving my answer.
