After I was referred a personal interview was schedule with the CFO In the same week I had a Phone Interview with their CPA On the second week a personal interview was arranged with some executives and other employees of the company because they wanted to really see and feel if I had the right attitude and skills to fit into their group. To me that was very impressive because they really care about each other, I could tell they are very professional and serious about their jobs and the atmosphere is a fun, caring environment. Interview was not at all intimidating I felt really good about all of them and was really hoping to get hired.
