I was approached by recruiting company, who described the role and expectations. Initial screen with HR followed by 3 video calls, 1 each with VPs of line of business and 1 with Director of Analytics. Each round depended upon the prior round being successful.

First 2 calls were describing their current challenges and asking about my approach of working in a hybrid support model, setting priorities. Last call was more IT oriented around my background and some case studies.

I was contacted via email by the hiring manager as my resume was passed along from PBS. I applied for the position was contacted for a in person interview. I met with the hiring manager and also the Project Manager of whom was leaving, and HR. Both were very nice however the interview was short with both as well. I emailed all three interviewers thank you notes (no response back), after about two weeks I contacted again (no response back). I believe the least someone could do is let you know they decided to move on with other candidates instead of just ignoring you after you took the time out of your day to come in and interview. Some companies just dont care...
