company came to our college..first round was aptitude ,second round was technical written ,they had a option to choose either java or php in the second round nearly 80 cleared second round.. all this 80 students had hr interview in a group.. the company recruiting environment was like a deal with candidates. firstly they explained the rules and came with bond for 2years with paying 25000 as deposit.. then shortlisted all 80 candidates..
