Got a call from their training coordinator over a month after submitting an application. Set up an interview to be conducted by the production supervisor and maintenance manager. The day of the interview I arrived and checked into a kiosk. After I was left in the lobby for well over an hour, I knocked on the glass door and was greeted by someone who acted like I was bothering them. I told them my situation and they lead me to a conference room. I was joined by two people who were not scheduled to be my interviewers and was told the maintenance manager was not even in the building. I conducted the interview with these individuals but was told I would need to return for a second interview as they could not make the decision. I waited three weeks and emailed the training coordinator and he said they wanted to set up a second interview. I arrived and this time was lead into the same conference room to be joined by three interviewers. The whole process seemed to be all questions that were combative and trying to find reasons to not hire me. At the end of the interview I was lead out without any feedback, after a week I attempted to reach out and was not replied to with a yes, a no, or we need more time.
