4 Rounds of interviews took place within 2 month process. HR did the initial round. Architect from US and India took the second round. Delivery Head took took another phone screening and met the Senior Management for breakfast meeting for the final round.

Overall questions were around knowledge, experience, attitude to grow, hard working, commitment and consistency in the employment. Senior management was very particular about quality and commitment.
