It was very convenient. HR called and arrange an in-person meeting and spent almost 45 minutes and after that Technical round was scheduled with project operation manager which was also in detailed conversation.

Straight forward questions, provided great feedback to my questions and listened to my concerns on what I was looking for in my next employer. The interviewer was not just a person that knew things about HR she understood what information I was talking about even if you may have not worked on engineering items.

Several group interviews with department heads that took interest in you mainly in the form of two to three interviewers per group. For the most part it was open and they did try to ease tension. Overall a pleasant experience.
