There are 3-4 rounds for the selection, starting from resume shortlisting, then pre-recorded interview, and final interview. Also, there might be another meeting/discussion. The final interview might last for about an hour or so. Regarding the pre-recorded one, there are fewer questions and there is a time limit also.
