First there was a video interview where you record yourself answering some general questions about your interest in the company. If you pass that, then you move on to an (online) interview panel of around 4 people, with a mix of technical and non-technical people. Very behavioural-based for the most part, with the last part being technical (depending on your discipline), most likely talking about stuff you've listed on your resume.
Candidates complete a one-way SparkHire interview, with unlimited preparation time and multiple recording attempts per question, allowing thoughtful responses without live interaction or scheduling constraints during the application screening stage.
