30-minute video call and mostly asked about my resume and behavioral questions. The interview asked some personal questions about my background and my personal interests outside of my career interests.

Strengths/weaknesses Where do you see yourself in 5 years? How would your colleagues describe you? What are your hobbies outside of school?
Communication with the Human Resources team was excellent. I felt happily welcomed to the district office. It was a relatively short interview with questions about my personal experience and expertise of the company.
Just be yourself and you’ll be fine. They ask questions just trying to get to know you and if you’d be a good fit for the job personality wise. Nothing technical involved. Just be prepared to talk about yourself and your experiences.
