Fairly smooth interview process, only generally do 1 interview and asked fairly normal questions. the HR people are really professional and open to questions. they may make you do a predictive index questionnaire to understand your skills/abilities.

will ask questions about skills and then a few fairly standard behavioural questions.
I get the vibe that it's not autistic friendly, so I recommend masking as hard as you can. If you fall into being "too much" you'll feel like the interview went well, but that's not what they're looking for. Tone it down, focus on the topic at hand, and color inside the lines.
If you're neurotypical ignore this feedback, it'll be an easy interview. But it's one of those interviews that's unintentionally a trap for the neurodivergent.
Nothing against the people. It seems like a great company otherwise.
