Very basic interview where technical skills were reviewed with a recruiter over the phone, with a follow up face to face interview a few weeks later. I estimate their biggest goal was to ensure you would fit their culture, which was somewhat like the military where you were to be calm and blindly tow the company line.

Straight forward questions, provided great feedback to my questions and listened to my concerns on what I was looking for in my next employer. The interviewer was not just a person that knew things about HR she understood what information I was talking about even if you may have not worked on engineering items.
