Process took a long time but was over the holidays. Cover letter was in form of questions so was very lengthy. Interview questions with fellow director peers was intense compared to the hiring manager.

It seemed rather lengthy and drawn out. It was not clear why I did not move to the next step given the extensive experience I was bringing. The questions seemed a bit vague where the response could be received subjectively.

The interview process was thorough and I had a good opportunity to meet the potential team, learn about the organization and the position. PCORI does a good job showcasing how they are structured and how they fit into the larger health care eco system.
