First round was with HR who asked some standard product management case study questions. Second was with the hiring manager. Final round was a panel interview that consisted of the hiring manager, head of product development, and another head of product development. The panel interview was one on one in three hour bursts that was incredibly exhausting. The final interviewer presented what was essentially a business "math" word problem. By the time I made it to the final round, I was mentally exhausted and couldn't remember the formula to solve the problem from my business 101 class that I attended roughly 20 years ago.
