3 stages for interview: HR, Technical, Principal. Sometimes technical interview has an exam depending on which studio will interview you. For HR, typical to assess culture fit, and principal sometimes it will be in person but more commonly a phonecall or teleconferencing.
it was pleasant and welcoming. it was causal enough to share your experience. even though I had to wait for hour or more, they apologized and continued with the interview process with ease
