First interview was with the CSR supervisor and someone from the CSR team. It lasted about 10 questions, 30 minutes, and they were nice. Second interview was with management and they offered the position after about 15 minutes.

Very simple. I applied, I got called back, I scheduled the interview over the phone, I took the interview, I got a job offer, I took the drug test, I started working.
