I was contacted by HR after submitting my application. The interview process consisted of one round with the hiring manager. The interview was conducted face-to-face and lasted about 30–45 minutes. The interviewer focused on my experience in project coordination, cost tracking, and handling documentation such as invoices and delivery orders.
They also asked about my ability to work with different departments, such as operations and finance, and how I manage deadlines in a project-based environment.
