I was hired by a staffing company who did a really great job at getting me in PECO. The interview process was relaxed but very professional. I had a total of 3 phone inerviews with staffing company and 4 phone interviews with PECO. They asked family questions to get a feel of what type of person you are. They asked more releaxed questions then grilling for experience. I was asked what IT Professional magazines do I subscribe to? I was asked a few questions on my experience and managing abilities. Very friendly interview.
