I reached out to the PennyMac Human Resources, Talent Acquisition team to apply for the job a while back. Got confirmation for an interview, had a phone interview, then an on-site interview with two separate individuals, both on the VP to EVP level.
Initial phone screening that took less than 20 minutes. At the end of the interview, the recruiter stated that she would move me ahead and have me interview with the hiring manager. It didn't happen. Lied directly to my face. Waste of my time.

Lots of interviews virtually. Some asked very challenging quantitative questions. I don’t think everyone will have this experience though. Be ready for anything. Some people will ask for experiences while others want to see what you know.
