first round is aptitude and second round is logical programming.In first round they asked all type of questions including snipets .in second round they asked program to execute. they ask all type questions .

Hr completely makes u understand the norms of the company which are 2.5 years of bond period. After completion of 2.5 years, you can be placed anywhere across the globe wherever they are located.
Rounds
1st- aptitude - 20 questions - 10 quants and 10 java based . 1 mark for right answer and -0.5 for incorrect answer. Cutoff is 6 and easy to crack.
2nd- coding - 1 program will be given which needs to be executed in 30 mins. Mostly, it's a string based program.
3rd- table designing- this is the worst round. It doesn't make any sense conducting this round. The tables which are present in the database have to be designed with no entries. The relation need to be show i.e primary key,foreign key,1 to many relations etc.
4th- CEO round - if u r applying from Bangalore, it will be face to face round otherwise a telephonic round from their office. I dint get selected here as the communication on telephone was not good. I applied from ghansoli,Mumbai and I feel face to face round should be promoted. If not the CEO,the HR should conduct the final round.
