What is a time you tried to support someone, but it did not go as planned? What do you think your resume says about you? What do you know about the company? Why do you want to work here?
3 rounds, first with the hiring manager, then with a member of the team. Finally, an interview with Managing Directors. Largely behavioral questions with no direct financial experience assumed. Low stress and pleasant.

3 steps, one with HR and two with team. HR was 15 minutes and the team was around an hour. The questions were all behavioral, no assumption of finance background.
