Colloquio
PHMG decides very quickly if they want to have you come in for an interview. In my case, I was only interested in the sales recruiter role, but I was just badgered into considering what they call the "inside sales" role, which is an appointment setter role that I'm over-qualified for.
For this position, it starts with a personality assessment that takes about 45 minutes to complete.
I was told I passed the assessment and my profile matched up very well with other people that were successful in the role. After a phone conversation, I was invited in to interview, which consisted of a short office tour and a long conversation with the woman who runs the recruiting team and the other Talent Acquisition Executive.
Afterwards, when I had follow-up questions, I was told that I needed to promise that I wasn't talking with other companies before she'd be willing to answer questions I had. My final interview was delayed because the CEO was out of the country.
Hiring manager told me I was the only one being considered for the position at this stage because the other candidates were pure recruiters and didn't have a sales background. I was also told that 90% of people don't pass the assessment (which I think was probably a made up number).
Final interview consisted of shadowing the recruitment team and speaking with the CEO for about an hour. It was there that I heard the most foul language I have ever heard in a professional interview. F-bombs galore.
In the end, there was no offer given (even though a few days earlier, I was told I was the only person interviewing and it was suggested I should expect to start the very next day if an offer was presented). In my opinion, these are not moral or trustworthy people to deal with. I consider myself having dodged a bullet on this one.

"Do you have a problem working for a woman?" (Very unprofessional on her part to suggest I would have any problem whatsoever working for women, which I have enjoyed doing my entire career.)
Fairly easy. Phone screen to a sit down conversation with the team in the office. I was surprised that there were so few steps. Also had a walk through of the office, which was nice.
