Process was four interviews. Met with folks in UK and in US. No zoom. Everything was in-person and was overly long. Seemed like a great group overall, but lots of confusion between a UK and mid-US firm working together cohesively.

Initial first stage with hiring manager to understand background and CV/skills and ways of working. Unfortunately followed by minimal contact or cryptic messages requiring a chase to eventually be told the role had already been filled.
