After passing online tests you will have a phone interview which is just generally getting to know you. If you pass this you will be invited to an assessment centre, this consists of very basic written communication exams and group exercises followed by an interview with the partners.

Very easy going. Show personality. Speak about past experience but relate it to the job role. 3 stages online assessment, telephone call and assessment centre/ final interview. Nice people however very strict job you have to be serious about studies
