I got a lead during an interview with another company whose principal is in a related business association with the Principal at PMPC Architects. My interview with PMPC was a one-on-one with the firm's Principal and owner, who asked basic questions and outlined the scope of work. I was informed of a mandatory trial period (3 days) after which point I would be hired if considered satisfactory. Salary was not negotiated at that time. I was offered an hourly rate to begin, and after a few days I was made an offer which I gratefully accepted.
