I initially applied to a job as an AML/BSA Auditor. I was contacted by a recruiter who told me that I would not be interviewing for that job and they would just send my resume to their audit department, the recruiter also told me about the newly created fraud team I would be considered for. The actual interview was straight forward with multiple audit teams explaining what they do and asking about my experiences. When I asked about the fraud team they said the team was announced the previous week and that I wasn't being considered for the role. Overall the process was very misleading and disorganized. You are NOT interviewing for the job you apply for but simply passed to whatever department they want. The actual interview is relatively easy with standard behavior/audit related questions.

Still waiting on the offer... Was scheduled for an initial interview on a Saturday. They seemed very rushed and wanted to get me to do two interviews next week. The final interviews were fairly simple with some questions on my background and what I'm looking for. I still had some questions on what team I'd be placed in, as I already have 5 years of SME experience. HR called me (8am holiday weekend) to say I got it and they'll reach out in a few days with the comp. They made up my mind for me to not accept it. I tried contacting them again multiple times anyways and still never heard back. Waste of everyone's time.
