They are opening a new AML satellite office in Columbus. The team will be brand new to the area. At the time of interviewing they had no procedures, no manager, and did not know if the office would be located downtown or in Whitehall. They also had no concrete start date for when the program would take off. Interviewers spent a lot of time talking what they hoped to do with the program. To be fair they simply seemee overwhelmed with the amount of work it would take to create the program. It ended up that the position was really just a CIP verification and fraud check team. If you’re looking for deep dive FIU or CDD investigations... this was not that.

It started with a simple one-way HireVue interview followed by a Teams interview with two PNC managers. The interview consisted almost entirely of behavioral interview questions and went on for a little over 30 minutes.

First, the recruiter calls and askes few questions, then sets up the phone interview with the managers. The interviewing managers were both friendly, and the interview was about an hour and the whole process was easy and fun.

I do not remember exactly, but they asked some ethical questions, such as How would you react when you feel someone is discriminating against you? Also asked what are my strengths.

The interview was conducted by phone with two managers, I believe one was the actual hiring manager. Very casual conversation and they asked several questions regarding experience writing SAR's and how would you handle having your work returned back to you for corrections.
