It was pretty straightforward, however the hiring manager focused more on what I had or didn't have on my resume instead of my technical background. Mind you this was for the first phone interview then it would have been a face to face. Well I was told they were going to move forward with me then a whole day later I was told otherwise. The hiring manager claimed he didn't feel I have the experience and technical know how. Yet in my interview he never asked me any technical questions. It was all "process" oriented, which I answered perfectly. After talking to the recruiter a few days later, he told me he (the hiring manager) kept harping on my resume, how there was something specific he was looking for that I didn't have written down. But I never got any more feedback than that.
