The first round was a phone interview with a current employee in the Coporate and Institutional Banking department, since the company does not do on-campus interviews here. The second round interview consisted of a superday, in which 5 20-minute long interviews were done at corporate headquarters for the company. Most of the questions were behavioral, with only a few accounting or finance questions in the mix. All interviews were done with senior members of the various departments.
