The interview process was extremely transparent. I had applied through LinkedIn and in two days the recruiter called to get an idea of my profile and make sure my salary expectations are reasonable. Once that was done she set up an interview date. It was a technical round where two people asked me questions. They were extremely friendly and took an interest in my background and profile. They asked a blend of situational and conceptual questions ranging from OOP questions, Java 8 features, SDLC and Agile process. They also asked some basic behavioral questions. In the next day my recruiter called me and congratulated me for getting the job. In a week I got the offer letter.
