PNC had a group interview process. Two employees interviewed groups of 5-9 candidates and asked 10-12 questions of each candidate. People who passed this process were called later with job offers. The panel was asked several follow up questions and asked to give specific examples. Candidates were asked the pros and cons of a previous employer and what they expected at PNC.
