After the online application, the recruiter will call if you pass their initial screening. They will talk to you for about 5 minutes, asking basic questions for more screening. If you pass that, you get a phone interview. This is with a recruiter as well and lasts about 10-15 minutes. If you pass that, you will get a call to set up an in person panel interview. The panel is typically with the branch manager of the brach you applied to as well as 1-3 branch managers from branches in the area.
