I applied for the Community Relations Manager position, I found the information on indeed. I had a great phone interview (from what I thought) with the HR Screener. It was unprofessional, but I listened and provided great feedback. She told me I would be an "amazing candidate" and my experience was "exactely what they were looking for." She told me she was forwarding my information on immediately. She told me to follow up by the following Wednesday. I did, and did not hear back for three weeks. I followed up again, and she told me to check in the next week. Which I did, and did not hear back anything again. FINALLY, I got an automated email. I am an experienced candidate (12 plus years) and could not believe how unprofessional the whole process was. Not only would I not work there, but they also lost me as a customer.
