2 Step interview process. The first is a phone interview with your supervisor or hiring director, which lasts about 20-30 minutes. The second is a 4-person, panel-style interview with your supervisor again, typically 1 other person from that department, and then 2 other employees from other departments at PNM, and lasts about 45 minutes to an hour. The two interviews were about 4 weeks apart, with decision made about a week or so after the 2nd interview.
