One of the worst experiences ever. This agency is known to be flakey and I’m shocked they have *any* clients whatsoever. One of the higher level team is on my LinkedIn and I approached him for this open role I was really right for. He promised an interview, sent me a virtual link, then flaked out at the last minute. Never rescheduled, even when he was responded to. Never even cared. I was able to speak with him a few weeks prior in regard to another role and he told me he read my resume and didn’t think I was the right “fit” for the client. Another recruiter approached me for the same role a few weeks later, and I told them what he said. They were shocked and appalled. “What do you mean? You’re perfect for this role!” I managed to secure an interview with that client, though I didn’t ultimately get the position. But again, PNP, tell me how I wasn’t a fit for it but they interviewed me. Ha! Also, I’m a Finance executive elsewhere and they are constantly approaching me to try and take me on as a client. Cold Phone calls & emails. Oh please. Like I’d trust you. Once I did respond to one of their calls and told them I would not use their services ever, so take me off the list . Here’s some advice PNP—we in the industry know your story and we don’t trust you.
